My qualifications include an GNVQ, AVCE and Foundation in Art and Design specialising in textiles, A NCFE in Illustration and a certificate of higher education in Textiles and Surface Design. A lifelong interest in Knitting, Clothes and Surface Design has cumulated in the creation of this business selling knitwear, homeware and accessories. I also do Illustration, Product Design, Embroidery, Millinery and Image conversion to order.

I adore Fashion and textiles especially knitwear and artwear. I am inspired by Pre Raphaelites,Rococo and things of that ilk and I've always had an interest in texture and colour. I like to think that my work reflects that in my choice of materials and shapes and I consider it almost a duty to myself to create and if I stop working for even a couple of days I find myself almost diminished in myself and swamped by ideas which I have to get down onto paper as soon as I can. I love to see people on the street wearing gloriously flamboyant clothes and hats and can never understand why people hide away in dull and shapeless material when with a bit of work you can create something truly original. Don't forget that a hat of any kind gives you a confidance boost like no other.
