A disused space under the Queen Elizabeth Hall has been transformed into a Festival Village from June 1st – September 9th. Lead by TILT, the project uses the ‘comake’ process: volunteers have signed up to design and build the space from scratch. Over 200 participants have pitched in with architecture, design, visual art, photography and construction. We talk Oliver Marlow, Creative Director at TILT about the process.
