About: Shooting People are an online network that help independent filmmakers to get their films made and to help them find the audiences they deserve. Having worked with the likes of Nick Cave, Michael Winterbottom and most recently John Waters and Matt Groening, Shooting People sits at the heart of the industry.
They are looking for a web designer and front end developer to join their small and enthusiastic team of film-lovers.
Applicants need to:
⁃ know html and css
⁃ have a strong grasp of UX design, being able to produce sensible interfaces
⁃ ensure the layouts of each page are accessible and logical
⁃ be excited about html5 and css3
You will be:
⁃ initiating and implementing design strategies for the website
⁃ developing interfaces and new site builds
⁃ designing partnership promotions (print and web) and other branding
⁃ updating and improving designs for existing parts of the site
